The "Glengary Group" is acutally three parcels - - the Glengary, the Transit, and the Hidden Treasure. Combined, they are referred to as the "Glengary Group". Approximately 12 acres in size, they straddle the Cross Creek Valley cliff to cliff.
Nestled in an exquisite, remote, mountain valley that few have seen.
Great fly-fishing stream with Harvey Lake literally next door. Ten other fishing lakes are within easy walking distance. There is an old cabin on this parcel overlooking the valley. A small spring flows past the cabin door, which probably provided potable water.
All three parcels in this group have recent surveys.
